 2. ICT 4D 2.0 has happened and is now in action. This demonstrates the gradual move from ICT4D 1.0 to ICT4D 2.0 that clearly shows the progress of international development. It calls for a move from testing pilot systems to large-scale and sustainable ICT solutions that solve development problems throughout the globe. 

3. The part that ICT4D serves in the development of communities  Education  Healthcare Economic empowerment  Social inclusion  Government involvement and how citizens get involved  Community development  

4. ICT4D’s part in economic growth  ICT has also helped South Africa’s economy by promoting both chances and connections. 

 5. The way ICTs are viewed in development discussions  Mainly, it discusses the ICT that affects global development and how it can increase power differences rather than helping all people. While the world bank notes that ICT is usually marketed as an aid to development, the truth is it can promote Western thoughts and influence in poorer countries.
